If you wish to go out for the day and want to leave the dog to be catered for we can arrange walks and day care for the dog.

Rowden House is lovely country home set in the heart of a Cotswold valley in the village of Uley. The house has ample parking and unspoilt views from every window, the front elevation over looks the Iron Age fortress of
Uley Bury,
within walking distance are many other special attractions such as
Woodchester Mansion, the Neolithic Uley Long Barrow known locally as
Hetty Peglers Tump lies at the top of the hill.
There are lots of beautiful walks along the
Cotswold Way and many other scenic woodland paths in the surrounding area.
Local attractions
Within the village is St Giles' church, a shop and post office, and the renowned
Prema Arts Centre. Uley also boasts its own
brewery with some outstanding real ale, which can be bought direct from the brewery or from the local public houses; the two closest of which are
Old Crown in the local village of Uley, and the multi-award winning
Old Spot Inn, a mile and a half away in Dursley.
In the opposite direction,
Owlpen Manor is well worth a visit.
A short drive by car will take you to the lovely Cotswold market towns of Tetbury and Nailsworth.
The Roman town of Bath is approximately 30 minutes drive, and the Georgian town of Cheltenham is the same distance.
